Affiliate Disclosure

krispdesign.co.uk is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes with various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on certain links on our site and subsequently register or make a deposit at a casino, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

Our Commitment to Impartiality

We want to be absolutely clear: our receipt of affiliate commissions does not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino reviews are based on independent research, player experience, security standards, game variety, and customer service quality. We maintain editorial integrity by assessing casinos on merit alone, regardless of commission structures.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on krispdesign.co.uk are clearly marked with a "Sponsored" or "Affiliate Link" label where applicable. Additionally, any content sponsored by casino operators will be clearly indicated as such. We encourage you to read these labels carefully before clicking through.

Legal Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, as applicable in the United Kingdom. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and full compliance with UK consumer protection legislation.

Your Responsibility

Please gamble responsibly. Online casino gambling should be viewed as entertainment only. If you have concerns about your gambling habits, organisations such as GambleAware and BeGambleAware offer free support and resources.
